At PDF Guide Lab1, we want you to be confident in your purchase.

Because our products are digital downloads that become immediately accessible after purchase, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following, we’ll gladly help:

You did not receive your download.
Your download link is not working.
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll work to resolve the issue by sending a new download link or replacing the file if necessary.
